Speed

The delivery of products which are in stock is carried out very rapidly. In consultation with the customer, a rush order is delivered the same or following day to the laboratory.
After reaching agreement with the customer with regard to the product/price mix, new products are delivered a.s.a.p.
In practice, 24-48 hours from order placement to delivery is feasible.

Flexibility

New products are produced on the basis of the applying laboratory’s formula. We regard these recipes as the property of the customer. The customer’s requirements are foremost.
In this way, Mediaproducts BV provides the same service as for its own media preparation department.

Service

In the event of a calamity (MRSA, Legionnaires’ disease, Influenza, etc.), media can also be ordered and delivered outside Mediaproducts BV’s regular opening hours. This will always take place in close consultation with the applying laboratory.
